When Can I Request a Refund?
You may request a refund if:
- The item doesn't match the listing description
- The item has major undisclosed damage or defects
- You received the wrong item
- The item never arrived
Refund Timeline
- Request window: Within 48 hours of delivery
- Seller response: 48 hours to accept or dispute
- Return shipping: 5-7 business days
- Refund processing: 3-5 business days after item received
How to Request a Refund
- Go to "My Orders" in your account
- Find the order and click "Request Return"
- Select a reason and provide photos if applicable
- Wait for seller response (up to 48 hours)
- Ship the item back with tracking
- Receive your refund once the return is processed
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be available for:
- Change of mind (unless seller agrees)
- Minor variations from photos (lighting, color perception)
- Items damaged after delivery due to buyer handling
- Requests made after the 48-hour window
Dispute Resolution
If you and the seller cannot agree on a return, Clapnow will step in to mediate. Our team will review the listing, photos, and communication to make a fair decision. Our decision is final and binding.
