Approved returns refund the full amount, including shipping.
When can I request a refund?
You may request a refund if:
- The item doesn't match the listing description
- The item has major undisclosed damage or defects
- You received the wrong item
- The item never arrived
Refund timeline
- Request window: within 48h of delivery
- Seller response: 48h to accept or dispute
- Return shipping: 5–7 business days
- Refund processing: 3–5 business days after item received
How to request a refund
- Go to My orders in your account
- Find the order and click Request return
- Select a reason and add photos if relevant
- Wait for seller response (up to 48h)
- Ship the item back with tracking
- Receive your refund once return is processed
Non-refundable situations
Refunds may not be available for:
- Change of mind (unless seller agrees)
- Minor variations from photos (lighting, colour perception)
- Items damaged after delivery due to buyer handling
- Requests made after the 48-hour window
Dispute resolution
If you and the seller can’t agree, ClapNow mediates. Our team reviews the listing, photos, and communication to decide. Our decision is final and binding.
Refund methods
Refunds go to your original payment method:
- UPI / Net banking: 3–5 business days
- Credit / debit card: 5–7 business days
- Wallet: Instant to ClapNow wallet
